How to make a successful assembly for stud bolts
Here you can find our installation instructions for Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers when used with a stud bolt assembly. To install Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers, follow these 4 simple steps:
- Step 1: Discard damaged bolt.
- Step 2: Lubricate.
- Step 3: Place the washer on the bolt and place the bolt in the hole. Place the nut on the stud and mount by hand until positioning is complete.
- Step 4: Tighten the joint according to the Nord-Lock torque guidelines.
