How to make a successful assembly for counterbore

Here you can find our installation instructions for Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers when used with a counterbore assembly. To install Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers, follow these 4 simple steps: 

  • Step 1: Discard damaged bolt. 
  • Step 2: Lubricate. 
  • Step 3: Place the washer on the bolt and put it in the hole.  
  • Step 4: Tighten the joint according to the Nord-Lock torque guidelines.
