Boltight Xtra load range has been developed for high loads and reduced dimensions.

With 30% more load than typical standard ranges and a large usable piston stroke, it provides users with versatility and fast, accurate operations.

Testing & CertificationBoltight is LRQA certified for quality and environmental assurance to ISO 9001: 2015. All tools are assembled, filled with oil and pressure-tested prior to dispatch.

Square Drive Adaptor

Square drive adaptors are available for the Xtra load range of hydraulic bolt tensioners. Adaptors are self-fixing, allowing the tool to be used upside down or horizontally. They slot into the top of the tool and work with any wrench or nut runner with a square drive which allows quick and effortless installation.

The adaptors are model-specific and stamped with the model number for easy identification. They can be transferred between imperial- and metric-sized tensioners.
