Boltight® Subsea Tensioners

Safeguard your subsea applications with this nickel-plated tensioner engineered to endure high initial bolt stress, providing robust security and peace of mind.

DESIGNED FOR OIL & GAS APPLICATIONS

Boltight subsea tensioners are specifically configured for subsea applications. The nickel-plated exterior provides excellent anti-corrosion properties.

The tools are fitted with Boltight composite material high-pressure seals, which clip into place and require no adjustment.

A reduced number of components assist ease of use on underwater bolting applications, in fitting ANSI, API 6A/17D and compact SPO flanges.

  • Five load cells cover the above
  • 1500 bar
  • Long 30mm stroke
  • Metric sizes partially stocked
  • Solid or split-reaction nuts
  • Custom designs available to your specification

Testing & CertificationBoltight is LRQA certified for quality and environmental assurance to ISO 9001: 2015. All tools are assembled, filled with oil and pressure-tested prior to dispatch.
