Shipping policy
Orders placed before 12pm (CET) during the business week (Monday to Friday) are sent out on the same day. No orders are packed or shipped during weekends or holidays.
Current prices for products sold on the webshop are provided on the website, which is updated in real time. The prices are stated in USD and include VAT. Cost for shipping is added. Nord-Lock Group has the right to change prices without prior notice. The price stated on the website applies unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Shipping is added to all deliveries and is stated at the checkout and in the table above. Packages we are not able to deliver or that are not picked up from the shipping provider may be charged a fee.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card through the payment service Adyen.
Delivery Confirmation and opportunity to follow your order
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. This email confirmation contains information about the order you have placed. When the order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail receipt with details about the delivery.
In cases where a payment cannot be charged, Nord-Lock Group reserves the right to cancel the order. You as a customer will of course be informed about this.
Deliveries are made globally by a Nord-Lock Group approved courier. Nord-Lock Group is responsible for the delivery until it reaches the specified address. If you receive a damaged package please report it to us immediately.
Upon delivery damage
The customer is obliged to check on receipt of the goods that they are not damaged. If the packaging is damaged at delivery, a notification must be made directly to the courier or delivery point in order for the warranty on delivery damage to apply. A notification must then be made to bolting@nord-lock.com no later than two days after delivery.
Returns policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, however, should something not be satisfactory, please contact our customer service at bolting@nord-lock.com and we will help you with your return.
We offer return rights for 30 days from the day you receive the package. Contact us and we will assist you with return instructions. Products should be returned in their original packaging or in another suitable package.
Once we have received the return and approved it, we will notify you and make a refund.
Any transport damages as a result of defective packaging will be charged to you as a customer.
