To achieve a positive, substantial sustainability impact, we prioritize focus areas closely related to our core business. Based on the UN’s global goal for Sustainable Development and our owners, Investment AB Latour, sustainability requirements, the following areas form the basis for our sustainability strategy, goals and our work:

Ongoing work: The Science Based Target Initiative

We have joined the Science Based Target Initiative to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions to levels stipulated in the UN Paris Agreement. Based on what we learned from a meticulous collection of data, we have been able to focus our actions on reducing emissions related to our work with distributors.

Code of Conduct: Getting our Business Partners on the same page

How our customers and suppliers hold up to human rights, working conditions, and environmental protection has a significant impact on our aggregated sustainability impact. Therefore, our Code of Conduct for Business Partners, specifying the sustainability requirements for doing business with us, makes sure that our products are not used in contexts where sustainability issues get neglected and that we stay clear from sourcing unsustainable materials or services. But the conduct goes both ways – what our business partners commit to, we also commit to ourselves.
